Is a battery included?
No. The jacket runs on any standard 5V USB power bank, including the one you probably already carry for your phone. 10,000mAh or larger is recommended for a full shift. The power bank rides in a zip pocket inside the jacket.
How long will the heat last?
It depends on your power bank and the heat level. Low runs the longest and high the shortest. A bigger power bank means more hours of heat.
How do I turn it on?
Hold the power button on the chest for 3 seconds. Tap it to switch between high, medium, and low.
Can I wash it?
Unplug and remove the power bank first, then follow the care label. Never put it in the dryer.
How does sizing work?
It fits true to size. If you plan to wear a thick hoodie or bibs under it, size up one. The product page has a full size chart.
How fast is shipping?
Orders process in 1 to 3 business days and usually arrive 7 to 12 business days later. Shipping is free in the US.
Will it arrive by Christmas?
Order by December 5 for the best chance of delivery before Christmas.
What if it stops working?
If it stops heating within 90 days, email us and we'll replace it or refund you.
