30-Day Returns
If your Iron Heat Supply Co. gear isn't right, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund.
- Items must be unworn or lightly tried on, clean, and in the original packaging with all parts (jacket, cable, and any accessories).
- To start a return, email us at ironheatsupply@gmail.com with your order number. We'll reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
- Please don't send items back without contacting us first. Returns sent without instructions can't be processed.
Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives damaged, or stops heating within 90 days of delivery, email us with your order number and a short photo or video of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or a full refund, and you won't pay return shipping.
Wrong Size
Need a different size? Email us within 30 days of delivery and we'll help you exchange it.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll issue your refund to the original payment method within 5 business days. Your bank may take a few more days to post it. Unless the item was defective or we made a mistake, the customer pays return shipping.
